Moldtek Technologies, in collaboration with the ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu and Almaknack, has launched a large-scale skill development initiative to upskill 2,203 civil engineering students across Tamil Nadu in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and steel construction design. As part of the programme, Moldtek has contributed ₹50 Lakhs to support structured training aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, preparing graduates for careers in digital construction and structural engineering.
