Moldtek Social Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Moldtek Technologies Limited (“Moldtek”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates Moldtek Social, a workspace for managing authorized company social media accounts, content and reporting.

This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared through Moldtek Social. It applies to the application and its authorized integrations.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant and the features you use, we may collect:

  • Account and Page information, such as account identifiers, usernames, company names and profile details.
  • Content, including captions, images, videos, drafts, publishing instructions and published-post identifiers.
  • Performance information made available by the connected platform, such as follower counts, views, impressions, reactions, comments, shares and clicks.
  • Comments and related information that the platform permits us to access when community-management features are enabled.
  • Authorization credentials, including access tokens and application credentials needed to maintain supported connections.
  • Workspace information, including your sign-in identity, preferences, saved reports and activity records.
  • Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as authentication records, request information and error logs.

Available information varies by platform, account type, permissions and enabled features. Connecting an account does not give Moldtek unrestricted access to that account.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Connect and verify authorized social media accounts.
  • Prepare, review, publish and schedule content through supported features.
  • Retrieve and display account information and performance data.
  • Support comment tracking and responses where enabled.
  • Produce reports and maintain publishing and activity records.
  • Diagnose errors, monitor connections and protect the application.
  • Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.

Saved drafts and calendar plans are not necessarily published posts. Publishing depends on the relevant feature being enabled and the connected platform accepting the request.

3. Account authorization

Social media connections are subject to the relevant platform’s authorization process and permissions.

For supported login flows, you authenticate directly with the social media platform. Moldtek Social receives authorization credentials rather than your social media password. Where a manual token connection is available, the token is submitted through the application’s protected connection form.

You should connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

You can revoke the application’s access through the connected platform’s settings. Supported application controls may also allow you to remove a connection locally.

4. Agent and automated access

Authorized users may connect an agent, including a dots agent, to Moldtek Social through its supported integration interface.

An authorized agent may access workspace information or perform supported actions within the permissions granted to it. Relevant information may be transmitted to the agent service to carry out those instructions.

Agent access does not create additional permissions on the underlying social media platform. Any processing through an agent remains subject to applicable platform restrictions and the relevant service-provider arrangements.

5. How information is shared

We share information where necessary with:

  • Connected social media platforms, to carry out authorized requests.
  • Authorized workspace users and connected agents.
  • Service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, security and other application functions.
  • Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security.

Content published to a social media account becomes accessible according to that platform’s visibility settings and policies.

6. Storage and security

We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect application information. Stored social media access tokens and application secrets are encrypted.

No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Users should protect their sign-in credentials and promptly revoke access that is no longer required.

Information may be processed in India and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable law, operational requirements and the connected platforms’ retention and deletion rules.

Disconnecting an account and deleting its stored information are separate actions. Removing a connection may leave previously saved content, reports and activity records in the workspace.

You may request deletion of information held by Moldtek Social using the contact details below. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements, including any permitted retention obligations.

Deleting information from Moldtek Social does not automatically delete content already published on a social media platform.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your use of Moldtek Social.

You may also revoke social media authorization through the relevant platform or stop using a connected agent. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

9. Cookies and local storage

The application and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and essential functionality.

Browser storage may also retain interface preferences, such as the selected workspace view. Disabling these technologies may affect application functionality.

10. Third-party services

Connected social media platforms, authentication services and agent services have their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace or control their independent handling of information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when application functionality, service arrangements or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
