This project has 10 buildings (70 sequences ) with Anchor Bolts, Embeds, main steel, Braces, Galv. Brick relief angles, Galv. Canopy connections, RTU framings, Roof Hatch frames
This project consist of around 70 sequences and multiple type of framing connections which includes Standard Clip & Shear plates, Moment Connections @ Column Strong & Weak Axis, Embed Connections. Having huge size of columns & beams.
Challenges include Coordination with other trades – Joist, Panel drawings, Mechanical drawings.
All the weld needs to be input in the model to get Zeman file output.
For standard connection used API tool which saved lot of modelling hours. Also 9 to10 members worked in the project continuously to meet the schedules.
Worked in Approval and Fabrication submittals Parallel.
